Pumpkin Spice Bars w/Cream Cheese Icing
Makes approx 30-35 squares
Ingredients
3 Cups, All-Purpose Flour
1 Teaspoon, Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 Teaspoon, Cinnamon
1/8 Teaspoon, Ground Nutmeg
1/8 Teaspoon, Ground Ginger
1/8 Teaspoon, Ground Cloves
1 1/2 Teaspoons, Salt
2 Teaspoons, Baking Powder
3 Cups, Sugar
1 Can, Pure Pumpkin
4 Eggs
1 Teaspoon, Pure Vanilla Extract
1/2 Cup, Apple Cider
1/2 Cup, All Butter
Cream Cheese Icing
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 Degrees.
In a small bowl, combine flour, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, salt, baking powder and mix well. Set aside.
In a standing mixer, add sugar, pumpkin, eggs, vanilla, cider and apple butter and mix well.
Add your flour mixture to wet ingredients and mix well.
Spray a large baking dish, add your mixture. Bake in oven for approx. 35 minutes or until a knife comes out clean in the center. Remove from oven, set aside to cool.
Once cooled, ice and cut into squares.

Notes
You can also make muffins with this recipe (large or mini muffins). Just cut back on cooking time if making muffins.
