I hear that today is National Coffee Day!

It seems these days there is cause to celebrate just about everything.  I love a good coffee and drink it every morning to start my day.   I usually add a little creamer and a dash of cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice to mine.

Irish Coffee & Lemon Cookies

Recently we did some traveling and had some of THE best Irish coffees.  So, I pulled out a couple of the photos I took of our Irish coffees we enjoyed with lemon cookies. They hit the spot after doing a lot of touring.   This has inspired me to try and recreate the coffee we enjoyed so much.  I will post them after we give them a try!
