Guacamole
Ingredients
2 ripe, Avocados
Juice of 2 Limes
6 small, grape tomatoes, chopped
1 tablespoon, purple onion, finely chopped
S&P
2 tablespoons, fresh Cilantro, choppped
Instructions
Slice the avocados in 1/2. Remove pits, scoop out avocado from each and place in a bowl. Cut avocado to your liking; I like mine slightly chunky. Cut limes in 1/2 and squeeze juice from both over the avocados. This will help keep them from turning brown while chopping up the remainder of your ingredients. Cut tomatoes, onion and add them both to the avocado. Add S&P to taste. Finally, chop and add the cilantro, mix well.
Serve with your favorite chips.

Notes
If you like garlic you can also add some minced garlic to this recipe. I have done it with and without. They are both great!
