So, we got the call that family was coming over for dinner. I love when my mom comes to visit. Besides getting to spend time with my family, she loves to bring me groceries and I do all the cooking. It’s a win-win!! She loves to help out as she knows I am a very busy working mom and I love to cook. We also love to use the grill during the warmer months. What better way than to cook your favorite fish recipes. I also love to take full advantage of all the fresh herbs I have growing outside my kitchen. My mom brought us a beautiful piece of salmon. I had some lemons and fresh dill and thought they would go perfect with the fish. This recipe is quick, easy to prepare and cook and delicious. Plus, less mess in the kitchen!
