Do you love to grill? I use my grill to cook many of our meals especially while the weather is still warm out. Veggies are no exception; they turn out so tasty on the grill. I love to use whatever veggies are in season, like asparagus, and season them with my herbs I have growing outside of my kitchen. My favorite herb is lemon thyme. You get that sort of woodsy taste from the thyme but then you also get a lemon flavor which goes so well with asparagus. This recipe is so quick and easy; it is a great healthy side dish for your busy nights. It won’t dissapoint. It goes well with any meat or fish dishes too!
