Gingerbread Pancakes
Ingredients
2 Cups, All-Purpose Flour
1 1/4 Teaspoon, Baking Powder
3/4 Teaspoon, Baking Soda
1 Teaspoon, Salt
1 Teaspoon, Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon, Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 Teaspoon, Ground Ginger
1/8 Teaspoon, Nutmeg
1/8 Teaspoon, Ground Cloves
6 Tablespoons, Butter, melted
2 Eggs
1 Cup, Milk
1/2 Cup, Brown Sugar
1 Tablespoon, Pure Maple Syrup
1/2 Cup, Mini Chocolate chips
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a standing mixer until nicely combined. Don’t overmix.
On stove, over medium-low heat cook pancakes on a griddle pan. Just as you start to see little bubbles form on pancakes, flip them over to cook other side.
Serve with your favorite syrup and sprinkle on some powdered sugar.
