Burrata w/Fig & Prosciutto

Ingredients
1 French Baguette
1, Fresh Burrata Cheese
4-5, Black Mission Figs
2-3 Tablespoons, Fig Spread
4 Slices, Prosciutto
Drizzle, Olive Oil
Drizzle, Balsamic Glaze
Instructions
Cut the French Baguette (bread), place onto a board or place into a bowl and set aside.
On a small platter, place the fig spread and using the back of the spoon spread it around the plate/bowl. Place the Burrata Cheese directly on top of the Fig Spread. Cut the Mission Figs into small pieces and sprinkle over top.
Cut the Prosciutto into thin, smaller strips and sprinkle all over the dish. Drizzle the dish with Olive Oil and then with the Balsamic Glaze. Serve with a small cheese knife and guests can spread onto the pieces of bread.
