Banana Chocolate Chip Bars
Ingredients
1 1/2 Cups, All-Purpose Flour
1 Teaspoon, Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon, Baking Soda
1 Teaspoon, Salt
3 Bananas, very ripe and mashed
3/4 Cup, Sugar
2 Eggs
1/3 Cup, Butter, melted
6 oz, Vanilla yogurt
1 Teaspoon, Pure Vanilla Extract
1/2 Cup, mini Chocolate Chips
Instructions
Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees.
In a small bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt; mix well and set aside.
In a standing mixer, combine the bananas, sugar, eggs, butter, vanilla yogurt and vanilla extract. Mix until nicely combined. Slowly add the flour mixture into the wet ingredients until all combined.
Pour into a baking dish, bake in oven for approx. 25 minutes or until a knife comes out clean in the center.
Remove from oven, set aside to cool. Cut into squares.
