1 Cup, Sour Cream
1 Cup, Plain Greek Yogurt
1 Cucumber (seedless or remove the seeds), finely diced
1-2 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 Tablespoon, Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons, White Wine Vinegar
2 Tablespoons, Fresh Dill, chopped
1 Lemon, Juice and Zest
Mix all ingredients (except for the cucumber) in a food processor, mini chopper or by hand. If you like a thicker Tzatziki sauce then mix by hand. If using a food processor, pulse only a few times to combine all ingredients. Remove from processor and stir in the cucumbers.
Place in a bowl and serve with some pita bread or chips or veggies. This makes a great addition to all your Greek-Mediterranean meals.
