Restaurant Style Salsa
1 (10 oz.) can, Diced Tomatoes with chilies
1 (14.5oz.) can, Fire Roasted Tomatoes
1/2 Cup, Fresh Cilantro
1/2, White Onion, rough chopped
1 teaspoon, Garlic, rough chopped
1 Jalapeno, seeded & chopped
1/4 teaspoon, Cumin
2 Teaspoons, Salt
1/2 Teaspoon, Fresh Black Pepper
2 Teaspoons, Sugar
1 Lime, Zest & Juice
1/2 Cubanelle Pepper, chopped
1 Tablespoon, Olive Oil
Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and mix really well until everything is chopped/pureed. Garnish with some cilantro and a wedge of lime if you like.
Pour into serving bowls or a chip and dip platter. Serve with your favorite chips.

I love to setup a taco bar and then everyone can help themselves. I placed a chip & dip platter on my Taco bar.
You can also place smaller bowls of the salsa with some chips on each end your table for everyone to enjoy.
