Are you ready for some game food?! I know my family is, especially with this week being opening week for football. Do you have a favorite football team? maybe you have more than one if you have multiple fans in your house. In my house we are rooting for several different teams, depending on who you ask or with whom you watch the game. But, one thing we all have in common is our love of Boneless Buffalo Wings; they are a game time must in this house! We have tried many types of wings, all with different sauces. We have tried wings with honey mustard, some with BBQ and then there were the wings with teriyaki. Oh, there were also wings with parmesan garlic. They were all good; each with its own unique flavors. The type we enjoy the best are the boneless wings with your classic wing sauce. So, what better way to enjoy them at home than making them myself. The first time I made these was for a neighborhood Super Bowl party. I made a huge batch of them. The only thing I came home with was my empty tray and a request to make more!!
Try this recipe for your next game day along with my homemade Blue Cheese Dip.

Instructions
Cut chicken into bite size pieces and put in small baking dish. Pour buttermilk over & completely cover chicken. Put plastic wrap over dish and put in fridge for about an 1 hour.
Setup your breading station:
- Bowl 1: crack eggs into bowl, add S&P and whisk well
- Bowl 2: add flour, S&P and Garlic Powder and mix well
- Bowl 3: add Italian and Panko Breadcrumbs
Preheat oven to 400 Degrees. Spray a baking sheet and set aside. Remove chicken from fridge.
Remove chicken from the buttermilk, dredge each piece into the flour and then the egg and then the breadcrumb. Place chicken onto baking sheet and repeat until all chicken is coated. Place in oven and bake for approx. 15 minutes or until chicken is done.
While the chicken is cooking, make the Wing Sauce. Melt the butter. In a small bowl, combine the Wing sauce and add the melted butter. Add the hot sauce (add as many dashed of the got sauce as you like). Whisk well to combine ingredients.
Remove chicken from oven and immediately transfer to the bowl with the Wing Sauce. Toss to coat all your chicken. Transfer to a serving platter with some homemade Blue Cheese Dip and Celery.
