Blue Cheese Dip
This recipe can be used as a dip or made as a dressing
Ingredients
¼ Cup, Mayo
¼ Cup, Sour Cream
¼ Cup, Buttermilk
2 oz, Blue Cheese, crumbled
¼, Lemon, juice
Dash, Worcestershire
1 Tablespoon, Fresh Chives, chopped
2 slices, Bacon, cooked and finely chopped

Instructions
Using a small processor, combine all ingredients. Mix until smooth for a consistency of a dip or mix less if you like it to be thicker/chunkier, more like a Blue Cheese dressing consistency.

Tips
*You can add a kick to this recipe if you like! You can add a dash or Sriracha or hot sauce or diced jalapenos.
*I love the idea of adding some chopped scallions; you can garnish your dip with some of the chives and scallions.
*Store in a mason jar with a lid and keep in fridge.
